“I love you…a selfie and a text, a selfie and a text…”
ByThis could be the quintessential early 21st century prom photo.

Wow, a brilliant image – but what a sad message …. but this how it’s today … text and selfie more important then taking care of the moment.
I see people (of all ages) more worried about photos of an event or activity than they are about enjoying themselves in the moment. When photographers and videographers run things, something is lost. That’s why I prefer a long lens when shooting people.
I’m all with you on this …. was at a very nice restaurant not long ago and while waiting on their food – people wasn’t talking with each other, they were all busy with their smartphones.
Really scary. Kids go to school together and when they come home they communicate over internet.
Sometimes I’m glad I’m in age I’m – because it’s going to be a very lonely society. No personal service anymore. My bank don’t handle cash anymore. Machines does that
It’s a truly brilliant image – excellent.
Nice shot! Hope the signal doesn’t go on the wedding night! 🙂
Thanks. But this was prom night, not a wedding.
Sorry…Only joking!
Oh I get it. Just wanted to be clear for their sake.
Don’t want to cause embarrassment, or complicate matters…:-D
No worries!
