Clay Myers-Bowman

This image is of a painting outside an exhibit at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum and Library in Springfield, Illinois. I visited in the summer of 2010 as part of a tour group from Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community. I had no idea what the exhibit was about before I walked in. I snapped several frames and was struck by the eyes. I was still marveling at the portrait when the video inside the exhibit started. It was titled: Lincoln’s Eyes. I really enjoyed the time we spent there.
